outdated photos missing amenities

The rooftop terrace disappointed me. It looked nothing like the photos and the bar was closed for a private event. The room was okay, but it missed some usual 4-star amenities such as a kettle, coffee, or body lotion. the bathtub drain didn't close properly. I couldn't enjoy a relaxing bath. The hotel photos seem a bit outdated and some basic amenities were lacking, frustrating.

The location was GREAT. I could walk to many places and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The breakfast area views were superb. The food choice for breakfast was VAST and good quality.

The air conditioning was OLD and VERY noisy. It bothered me, and it was impossible to sleep. The staff person who I talked to was unpleasant. I moved to a lower-quality room on the second night, and there was no hot water. I had to take a cold shower.

The hotel has an excellent location near many shops. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was large, I liked it. I enjoyed the beautiful view of the Gran Via from my room.

The elevator was quite slow.

I enjoyed the hotel's prime location on Gran Via. The staff was always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. I found the rooftop terrace offered fine views of the city (especially at sunset!).

The elevator music was occasionally repetitive.

The location IS great, very central for getting around. I easily walked to several places. The staff were attentive and helpful. I was very grateful.

The wifi WAS patchy . On the last night, the room had no electricity. There were no charging sockets available.
